Riding a BLM Burro for the first time

One thing I love about my horseshoeing business is that clients become friends, and friends become family. The Universe is continually bringing us the people we need in our lives, in all different kinds of ways. One of my favorite new people in my life is my friend, Kory.

We rode at the beach on Thursday. She owns 2 BLM burros and longs for a horse, so I have been sharing mine with her.

We took one of my horses and her donkey to the beach, halfway through the ride we traded "steeds" and I was able to ride a donkey for the first time ever. What fun! His name is Leroy.

Boy, did he bring a smile to my face.

Life is a joyous surprise.
