Lost and Found at the Ranch

I was recently recounting the story of my little Chihuahua dog, Jones' overnight walkabout on my friends 7,000 acre ranch.

My 9 pound dog ran off after being frightened by a gun shot. It took us 24 hours to find him. We are unbelievably lucky we did find him.

One of the first things I did was call my most connected Angel friend, Patty Anne, and asked her to reach out to all her angel friends and pray for Jones’ safety and return.

Not long after that, I found this enormous, gorgeous down feather lying on the ground. I instantly knew that we would find Jones, despite the odds of a chihuahua surviving a night alone in the wilderness.

The ranch owner found Jones the very next morning, alive, and at the very opposite end of the ranch, It was a true miracle!

I keep the feather somewhere I see it everyday in my home. It's a constant reminder to me that miracles happen everyday.

I'm so thankful to have my Jonesy dog back.
